Shipping within Australia
At Founist Australia, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of your orders across Australia. We have partnered with Australia Post as our primary courier service to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
We do NOT drop ship our products.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $199. This promotion is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.
For orders under $199, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at $14 per order (Standard Shipping) and $24 for Express Shipping.
Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days depending on your location.
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the volume of orders and Australia Post’s network.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order directly on the Australia Post website for real-time updates.
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order (delays, missing items, or damages), please contact our support team at sales@founist.com.auwithin 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory solution.
Shipping Costs
• Orders over $199: Free Standard Shipping.
• Orders under $199: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
